Aromatherapy Massage

A relaxing and gentle massage using individually blended essential oils chosen to suit individuals` needs is performed. The therapeutic properties of the oils restore balance to both the body and mind. Particularly good for digestive and respiratory problems, skin conditions, stress and arthritis

Indian Head Massage

A powerful holistic treatment which calms and soothes the mind, relieves stress and anxiety. This ancient form of massage helps to improve skin and hair texture, while also promoting a deep sense of wellbeing. Massage is carried out in a seated position and includes the back, shoulders, arms, neck, scalp and face. Passed down through families in India for thousands of years, Indian Head Massage is traditionally a very rigorous and stimulating scalp massage. The version I practice has been adapted for the West, and is a gentler form that incorporates shoulder, neck and face massage, as well as the scalp, all without the use of oil. The massage addresses the areas where many of us hold tension, gently releasing the muscles and connective tissue. It can also feel wonderful to have our hair, scalp and face massaged, making this a surprisingly relaxing and enjoyable treatment.

Psammo Therapy

It was initially used in Ancient Egypt for medical treatment to treat a number of ailments ranging from scoliosis to inflammatory diseases. We use this thermal therapy to provide mental and physical relaxation, as the sand itself retains heat at an optimal temperature to provide the full benefits of a relaxing treatment.
